Our Story
Hello, my name is Kristine Skoglin, together with my husband, Tim, we have owned & operated our independent real estate brokerage for over 27 years. Through my career, I realized my passion is not just in the sale, but rather the joy of seeing a client open the door to a place they can call home.
Since I was a little girl, I looked up to my great Aunt Rosemary. When my aunt got to the point that she needed full assistance she was put in a facility where unfortunately, had several terrible experiences, after working tirelessly to relocate her we finally found a home that treated her lovingly and we had the peace of mind knowing she was taken care of. The moments I shared with my aunt in that home have inspired me to pursue my passion for other seniors and their families by creating a loving place, for those like my aunt, to call home. I believe in treating my residents with dignity and respect as if they were my own family.
I infuse the same attention to detail managing my Senior Care Home as I have for decades assisting our clients their homes. I have hand selected an excellent staff and manage the home in person. You will find me caring for the homegrown, farm fresh vegetables and herbs in the backyard garden beds, visiting with the residences, helping to prepare meals, and tending to the facility. We offer private, individual rooms for seniors and we take pride in treating our residents like family. Best of all, our home has plenty of room for loved ones to visit.
In my Aunt Rosemary’s memory, I am honored to welcome you into our loving home and would enjoy the opportunity to call you family!
In Memory of
AUNT ROSEMARY
Since I was a little girl, I always looked up to my great Aunt Rosemary (Posey). She was so beautiful, glamorous, adventurous and giving. She would have parties at her home and would go all out with every detail. Family was always very important to her and we would always enjoy being around her. She lived a very well accomplished life. She served in the Army, was a model and also was a huge icon in the Tupperware industry. She was stunning and caught the eye of many including Frank Sinatra. She even went on a date with him. She settled down and had a beautiful daughter. In her later years, she served as a volunteer citizens police officer in Palm Springs and volunteered her time with many charities.
